Sunday Sangha is an informal Insight meditation group. Our peer leaders are in the Theravada Buddhist tradition as brought to the west through Insight Mediation Society (IMS) and Spirit Rock. We welcome all traditions. We welcome all levels of experience including none at all.

We meet on Sunday mornings at 11 am at Solar Yoga for about 1.5 hours.
Our meeting format is to do sitting meditation for 40 minutes followed by a brief (15-20 minute) talk by one of our peer leaders. We try and leave plenty of time for discussion and questions.
